How do CelluMelt Pro enzymes work?
Lipase
Lipase can specifically break down triglyceride molecules into glycerol and free fatty acids. When it encounters adipocytes, it can enter the cell and the fat droplet without causing any damage. Lyase

What to expect?
The treatment session is estimated to last from 10 to 20 minutes. It is usually very well tolerated, with minimal downtime or pain. As with any injection, there may be some bruising. Post-procedure, there may be slight redness, mild tenderness or mild swelling. You can return to non-strenuous activities immediately, and other strenuous activities in a day or two. The treatment is usually performed after applying a numbing cream for 30 minutes on the treatment area. The enzyme is carefully injected, and it takes about 10 to 20 minutes to complete the treatment, depending on the area(s) involved.

A total of 3 treatments is usually recommended, spaced 2 to 3 weeks apart for the best results. As long as one maintains a healthy lifestyle and diet and keeps a steady weight, the results are usually long-lasting.
There are other injections based on phosphatidylcholine and deoxycholate, which destroy the fat cell, but these are not approved for use in Singapore due to their side effect profile and inconsistency of results.
This treatment is a lot more tolerable and gentle, but still effective.
It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and diet and keep a steady weight. Other body contouring procedures, such as CoolSculpting and SlimSculpt, can be combined with this treatment.
No alcohol consumption for 2-3 days. Hydration is very important. The areas treated may feel sore or warm for a few days, but that is normal and will self resolve.
Wait for at least 15 days after receiving any vaccine before getting this treatment.
This treatment is not suitable for:
- Pregnant ladies and lactating mothers
- Anyone with a history of allergies to hyaluronic acid
- Anyone undergoing cancer treatment (active or in the last 6 months), with active autoimmune diseases or coagulation problems.
