Responsibilities:
Assist the doctor in the procedure room.
Assist the doctor to carry out treatment procedures for patients.
Perform other nursing/clinical duties as assigned.
Perform specialised Facial Treatments.
Recommend services and treatment package to customers.
Ensure equipments and treatment rooms are well-maintained.
Must be able to work with both male & female patients.
Candidates with no experience will be considered as a Trainee.
Requirements:
Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in a Slimming or Facial industry service.
Multilingual preferred.
Training will be provided.
Well-groomed, independent, positive personality & sales driven.
A team player with good interpersonal skills.
Must be willing to work retail hours and weekends (PUBLIC HOLIDAY OFF).

Knowledge of MYOB Software will be added advantage

As a Receptionist role to answer calls and email inquiries
Follow up on patients enquiries
Assist in Cashiering, Billing and payment collections
Fix, schedule & confirm appointment for the patients
Tally daily takings & invoices
Manned the clinic counter, attend to walk-in patients
Inventory control daily
General administrative duties & ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Only Singaporeans or SPR needs to apply
Good communicator in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking patients
Able to convert new phone & email enquiries into new patients who visits our clinic
Warm, friendly, outgoing, team player and teachable attitude
Willing to learn & to be taught
Hardworking, adaptable & flexible
Min GCE O Level & above
Basic computer knowledge
Experience in prior clinic/spa areas will be preferred
Able to start work within a short notice period
Salary will be commensurate based on qualifications and experience
